In this role, you'll engage with HR and business leaders, understand their talent challenges, and position our assessments as enablers of better hiring, development, and leadership planning.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage client relationships across industries, focusing on HR, L&D, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive new business for our personality assessment portfolio and related talent solutions.
  • Identify client needs and recommend assessment-based interventions for hiring, development, and succession planning.
  • Deliver impactful product demos, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and product teams to ensure high-quality client experiences.
  • Stay updated on market trends in psychometrics, hiring, talent development, and talent management.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    2–4 years in B2B sales, ideally in
    HR solutions, psychometric assessments, or learning and development services
    .
  • Education:
    Graduate or Postgraduate
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to engage senior HR and business leaders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Curious, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
