We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage and strengthen our HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR operations – ensuring smooth people processes that align with our fast-paced LED components business.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment & onboarding of employees.
  • Developing & implementing HR policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Employee engagement activities to build a positive culture.
  • Payroll processing, attendance & leave management.
  • Statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Performance Management System (KRA/KPI implementation).
  • Training & development initiatives.
  • Handling employee grievances and conflict resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 4–7 years of HR experience (manufacturing/trading/electronics preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliances, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
