Job Description
We're seeking a
strategic, consumer-obsessed leader
who thrives on making AI meaningful, accessible, and inspiring. As a
Senior AI Product Marketing Manager
, you'll own the global positioning and go-to-market strategy for Motorola's AI portfolio—ensuring every launch and message is driven by what matters most:
the consumer experience

You'll work across leadership, product, engineering, PR, and geo marketing teams to define
bold narratives
, lead cross-functional alignment, and set Motorola apart in the AI space. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with vision—someone eager to challenge the status quo, champion innovation, and drive clarity from complexity. They should be naturally curious, continuously learning about emerging technologies and new areas, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with confidence."
*Scope of Responsibilities*

  • Define and drive global positioning and storytelling for Motorola's AI platforms and features.
  • Lead development of naming, branding, and messaging frameworks that simplify and humanize AI.
  • Serve as a consumer advocate and spokesperson, influencing senior leaders and external partners.
  • Guide global go-to-market strategies, ensuring consistency across geos, carriers, and agencies.
  • Conduct and present competitive and consumer insight analysis to shape future AI roadmaps.
  • Partner with PR and comms to develop media strategies and thought leadership positioning.
  • Monitor consumer usage and sentiment to continuously optimize marketing and product positioning.

Qualifications

  • Very strong fluency in the English language as this is a global role and all key deliverables, materials and messaging for review will be in English
  • 8+ years in marketing, product marketing, or related fields; experience in product AI, software, or consumer tech is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working across time zones, including ET and BR hours, and open to occasional travel based on business needs.
  • Must possess a proven ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills; experience interacting with staff, colleagues, management and global cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can also operate in details
  • Be proactive, with a strong problem-solving attitude
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Be customer-centric, exhibiting dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented creative thinking
  • A self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
