About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts and drive the GTM engine for Nagent AI. You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO and use a team of AI Agents to execute high-velocity marketing across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media, content, events, and inbound marketing.
  • Build and deploy AI-powered marketing agents to scale campaigns.
  • Create brand, product, and GTM narratives for global audiences.
  • Drive lead generation through content, SEO, email, and community.
  • Plan and execute workshops, webinars, and product launches.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong skills in content, social, events, and inbound strategy.
  • MBA/Btech from a premium institute.
  • Experience working with start-ups and global audiences.
  • High ownership, creativity, and ability to work fast.

Compensation

  • Base salary + ESOPs + performance-based incentives.
