Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Agency Development Manager focused on agent recruitment for our operations in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, and Anantapur. This full-time, senior-level position requires a maximum of 10 years of work experience in insurance and related fields to drive agency growth and enhance business development through strategic agent recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in agent recruitment with a focus on hiring both life and health insurance agents.
  • Must have substantial knowledge and experience in insurance agent hiring to ensure robust team development.
  • Expertise in business development strategies to expand our insurance agency network effectively.
  • Lead generation skills to identify and target potential insurance agents and partners.
  • Experience in the life insurance sector, with a thorough understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health insurance products and market trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships and collaborations.
  • Ability to work in multiple locations such as Bangalore, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, and Anantapur.
