Role Description

As an AI Agent Development Intern, you will:

  • Assist in designing, building, and testing autonomous AI agents for business workflows
  • Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to create intelligent decision-making systems
  • Support agent orchestration, memory management, tool integrations, and workflow automation
  • Build AI-driven assistants for operations, analytics, document processing, and customer workflows
  • Work closely with integration tools like Workato, Make, or custom APIs to connect agents with enterprise systems
  • Contribute to prompt engineering, agent persona development, and error-handling frameworks
  • Document agent behavior, create SOPs, and support internal knowledge bases
  • Collaborate with automation architects, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, AI/ML, IT, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of LLMs, APIs, or automation workflows
  • Strong interest in autonomous AI agents, workflow intelligence, and AI-driven decision systems
  • Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and solve problems creatively
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Python, LangChain, Workato, Zapier, or any agent frameworks
  • Familiarity with OpenAI/Gemini/Claude APIs
  • Understanding of prompt engineering or workflow automation
