Job Description: Business Development Manager

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and connect with potential schools and educational institutions.

Build a robust pipeline of leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.

Sales and Partnerships:

Present Inforidas solutions to school owners, principals, and decision-makers.

Close deals and onboard schools to the Inforida platform.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Identify upselling opportunities and drive additional revenue streams.

Market Analysis:

Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Provide feedback to the product team for improvements and feature updates.

Is Organised and Strategic: Can manage multiple leads and prioritise effectively.

Achieve Targets:

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Who You Are We're looking for someone who:

Has Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or education sector.

Is an Excellent Communicator: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Is Results-Driven: Passionate about achieving and exceeding targets.

Understands the Market: Familiar with Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and the challenges of the education sector.

Job Title : Channel Sales Manager

Location : Lucknow and all UP

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners such as distributors, resellers, and consultants. This role requires excellent networking, negotiation, and sales strategy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the channel sales strategy for the assigned region.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand reach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Drive partner sales performance by providing necessary training, support, and promotional material.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute co-branded campaigns with partners.
  • Ensure partner compliance with company policies and terms of engagement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify growth opportunities.
  • Handle partner escalations and resolve conflicts promptly.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through channel networks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform sales strategy.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
