What You'll Do:

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new boutique properties, villas, and farmhouses for short-term rental management.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, real estate developers, and hospitality partners.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies, oversee promotions and loyalty program implementation with the marketing team.
  • Strategically reach out for B2B tie-ups, cross-promotions, and collaborations to grow our network.
  • Represent 8MH Organic at industry events, exhibitions, and business forums—drive new partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to keep us ahead of hospitality and rental trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transitions from acquisition to listing.
  • Work closely with operations, content, and guest experience teams for partner success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, conversions, and revenue targets.
  • Unlock extra earnings through incentives tied to onboarding properties, partnerships, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with our performance marketing, social media, and sales teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Tie up with travel agents and build fresh business funnels.

What Makes You Our Ideal Candidate?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships—hospitality/real estate preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network within property or hospitality ecosystem is a plus.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
