Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new boutique properties, villas, and farmhouses for short-term rental management.
- Formulate new marketing strategies, offers and implementation of a robust loyalty program.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners, real estate developers, and hospitality partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative growth and outreach campaigns.
- Reach out to different businesses in the industry for b2b tie ups, collaborations and cross promotions.
- Represent 8MH Organic at industry networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to drive collaborations.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed on hospitality and vacation rental trends.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handovers from property acquisition to listing stage.
- Work closely with internal operations, content, and guest experience teams to ensure end-to-end partner satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and revenue targets using CRM tools.
- Identify and tie up with travel agents to establish new funnels for business.
- Work closely with the performance marketing, social media and sales team to ensure the organisation achieves its monthly objectives and goeals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships (Hospitality / Real Estate preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong network within the hospitality or property ecosystem is a plus.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel to potential properties and events as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
