Salary Range:
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Present and explain company products/services clearly.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure customer onboarding.
  • Maintain call logs, lead data, and reports in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English)
  • Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM preferred)
  • Target-oriented with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Qualification

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
  • Minimum
    6 months of relevant experience
    in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
