Inforoc Community is looking for a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to help expand our network, build partnerships, and support the growth of our community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients, institutes, partners, and field associates.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Promote training programs, services, and community initiatives.
  • Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of operations.
  • Manage leads, follow up regularly, and convert opportunities.
  • Assist in planning outreach activities, events, and engagement drives.
  • Prepare simple reports and daily/weekly updates related to BD activities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:
    BBA / MBA
    preferred
    (other graduates with strong communication can also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in fieldwork, networking, and public interaction.
  • Ability to negotiate and build trust.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
  • Freshers with excellent communication are encouraged to apply.
