VARUNÉ is now seeking a
Senior Business Development Lead
with an existing network in luxury, culture, hospitality, or creative industries; someone who can convert PR visibility and warm relations into
immediate commercial engagements
.

Role Description

This is a
senior commercial leadership role
focused on high-value partnerships and revenue generation.

The role is
full-time hybrid
, based in
Delhi NCR
, with remote flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving revenue across VARUNÉ's luxury AI, creative, and brand strategy services
  • Leveraging existing relationships (fashion, hospitality, beauty, media, agencies, HNI ecosystems)
  • Converting inbound PR momentum (Sadia, Josh, Sonia outputs) into paid engagements
  • Pitching and closing luxury clients, hotels, brands, and agencies
  • Designing high-ticket consulting packages and partnership proposals
  • Supporting creative and PR teams with client-facing materials
  • Representing VARUNÉ at high-end events, meetings, and brand activations
  • Collaborating with the founder to shape global expansion opportunities (UAE, UK, Japan)

You will generate
immediate commercial traction
for VARUNÉ through your network and experience.

Qualifications

  • 5–12+ years in
    Business Development, Partnerships, Luxury Marketing, or Brand Strategy
  • Existing
    client network
    in one or more sectors:
  • Luxury brands
  • Fashion & beauty
  • Hospitality (5-star hotels)
  • Premium retail
  • Creative agencies
  • Celebrity/HNI ecosystem
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Strong communication, sophistication, and cultural intelligence
  • Understanding of luxury positioning, brand psychology, and AI-fuelled creative solutions
  • Experience working with multicultural teams and high-profile clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • MBA preferred
  • Ready to work in a
    fast-paced, global, founder-led environment
