Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Gurgaon. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating strategic business plans, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. The role also involves market analysis, lead generation, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts while meeting revenue and growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales experience, including prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Strategic planning, market analysis, and proposal development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Knowledge of the security services, facility management, or e-surveillance industry is preferred.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making abilities in fast-paced, competitive environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
