The position is with a US-based consumer company setting up GCC from scratch.

Requirements:

We are looking for a strong tech leader with a proven track record of effectively managing large, diverse teams and significant experience in scaling headcount within a fast-paced organization.

● Strong financial acumen, including experience managing a P&L and budgets.

● Extensive experience in the technology sector, ideally with a focus on banking, retail or consumer finance software, cloud-native solutions, and related domains.

● Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate

teams.

● Proven ability to drive results, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to evolving

business landscapes.

● A history of successful talent acquisition, development, and the ability to establish a

strong talent pipeline.

● Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with a wide

range of stakeholders.

● A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is a

strong plus.
