Join our Global Presales CORD (Customer Outreach & Relationship Development) Team to be the first touchpoint for our international clients.

This role is pivotal in building meaningful overseas relationships, managing outreach, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales experience from introduction to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound communication to initiate and build client relationships across US/EU regions.

Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for tailored solutions.

Manage pre-sales activities: requirement gathering, product introductions, sampling, and onboarding.

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Act as a bridge between clients and internal departments for seamless communication.

Who Should Apply

Education: Graduate in Commerce, Arts, Business Administration or similar; postgraduates welcome.

Experience: 13 years in international client engagement, presales, or business development.

Freshers with strong English skills are encouraged.

Language: Fluent English with a neutral accent.

Attributes: Proactive, Composed, and Client-focused with Strong communication skills.
