Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business growth and achieve targets. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Work closely with banking teams to acquire new customers and penetrate existing ones.
  • Maintain high-caliber client service and improve efficiency by monitoring and overseeing process improvements.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including CFOs and promoters, to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive elements in the target segments.

Requirements:

  • Preferably an MBA or CA qualification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, credit, or relationship management in the local market.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivation and excellent communication skills for driving teams.
