Job Title Branch Relationship ManagerLocation Surat Gujarat Experience Minimum 5 years in Life Insurance at least 2 years in team handling CTC Up to 10 LPA Based on last drawn salary and experience Channel Direct or Agency Banca experience not applicable We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Relationship Manager BRM to lead and drive sales operations at our Surat branch The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in the Life Insurance industry particularly in the Direct or Agency channel with proven team management skills Key Responsibilities Drive business targets through effective team management and channel development Recruit train and manage a team of Life Insurance advisors or direct sales executives Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction Monitor and drive daily weekly monthly performance metrics Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards Coordinate with internal departments for smooth policy issuance and servicing Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Insurance sales At least 2 years of experience in managing a team Strong understanding of Direct or Agency distribution models Banca experience not required Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment Local candidates or those familiar with the Surat market preferredRegards Shubhangi Asst Manager-HR 9454274918 STAFFIAA SERVICES
