The Social Media Manager will be the voice, brain, and pulse behind all things digital at Gully Ventures.

You'll plan, strategize, and execute social media campaigns for sports, real estate, and corporate clients, while also driving the agency's own digital identity with creativity and intent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute monthly social media calendars for clients and Gully Ventures' in-house pages.
  • Conceptualize campaign ideas, trends, and content series that build brand visibility and recall.
  • Work closely with the video production, design, and strategy teams to bring storytelling consistency across posts, reels, and campaigns.
  • Write engaging captions, copy, and hooks tailored for each platform (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
  • Monitor page analytics, growth metrics, and campaign performance — and derive insights for improvement.
  • Handle ad coordination with the digital team for lead generation and awareness campaigns.
  • Stay on top of trends, memes, and social moments to keep our content culture-first and time-relevant.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Kannada is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, brand positioning, and audience psychology.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn analytics.
  • Ability to brief editors, designers, and motion artists clearly and creatively.
  • Experience in client management, handling multiple brand pages simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail, tone, and visual storytelling.
