Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Key Account Sales Manager. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth, and maintaining customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Responsibilities include account planning, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while actively liaising between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Key Account Management to drive client growth and meet targets
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Account Management to maintain lasting client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively manage and engage with clients across the board
- Proven ability to foster and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Relevant industry experience in food services or distribution is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
