Job Summary
We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Senior Manager – Business Development to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth in the Facilities Management (FM) sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
∙Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
∙Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Integrated FM, Hard FM, and Soft FM services
∙Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across corporate, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients
Client & Market Management
∙Coordinate and conduct client meetings, site visits etc
∙Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks
∙Represent the organization at industry forums, events, and networking platforms
Team Leadership & Collaboration
∙Work closely with operations, finance, and transition teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery
∙Support RFP/RFQ responses, bid management, and proposal governance
Reporting & Governance
∙Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports for leadership review
∙Ensure CRM discipline, pipeline accuracy, and compliance with internal sales processes
Key Skills & Competencies
∙Strong expertise in Facilities Management services (Integrated FM, Hard FM, Soft FM)
∙Proven leadership experience in B2B sales and business development
∙Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
∙Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
Qualifications
∙MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience Requirements
∙4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in Facilities Management, Property Management
