About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Commi 1 to join our café team. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes within your section, ensuring consistency, quality, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items as per café standards.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Assist in daily prep, stock rotation, and inventory control.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Support the Head Chef in new menu ideas and daily operations.
  • Train and guide junior staff when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Commi
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
  • Creativity and passion for food presentation.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
