This includes property acquisition, vendor management, budgeting, and general office administration. Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new branch locations in line with business expansion plans
  • Conduct property market analysis, rental negotiations, and finalize lease agreements
  • Ensure all facilities comply with legal, safety, and operational standards
  • Supervise infrastructure maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and workspace optimization
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions across branches including housekeeping and security
  • Implement and monitor office protocols and policies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintain updated records for assets, leases, and compliance documentation
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for facility-related services
