
Sales Head – IT Products

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Sales Head with strong expertise in IT product sales and service solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving enterprise sales, building high-value client relationships, and leading sales teams to exceed targets in the IT domain. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate technology offerings into business value for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for IT products, solutions, and services.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Drive solution-based selling, aligning IT products and services with client needs.
- Identify new business opportunities in both domestic and global IT markets.
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful client engagement.
- Manage large enterprise accounts and long-term customer relationships.
- Track industry trends and competitive landscape to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Establish scalable sales processes, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in selling IT products, cloud solutions, enterprise software, or managed services.
- Proven ability to achieve large-scale sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing enterprise clients and complex deal cycles.
- Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
