Role Overview

We're looking for a Sales Head to lead retail, café, and B2B expansion strategy.

This role will focus on building partnerships, driving revenue growth, and creating a

strong presence across both digital and on-ground channels. The ideal candidate

understands consumer wellness brands, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a

fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Cha Wellness across B2B and

retail channels.

 Identify and onboard café, restaurant, and wellness studio partners to stock or

serve matcha.

 Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers across key markets

(starting with Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai).

 Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with ongoing

product and event promotions.

 Track and report on key sales metrics, revenue targets, and market feedback.

 Represent our product Wellness at events, pop-ups, and collaborations to increase

brand visibility.

 Manage pricing strategy, margins, and sales budgets.

 Recruit and lead a small sales team as the brand scales.

Requirements

 4–7 years of sales experience in FMCG, F&B, or wellness/lifestyle brands.

 Strong network within the café, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

 Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

 Passion for wellness, matcha, or conscious living brands is a big bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
