Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations nationally and internationally. This role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving strategic partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth through digital wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team with clear performance targets.
  • Build strategic partnerships with wellness centers, corporates, and healthcare providers.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategy refinement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align business objectives.
  • Represent Ayur.AI in industry forums and events to enhance brand visibility.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in sales leadership, preferably in wellness, health-tech, or digital health.
  • Proven record of driving revenue growth and managing large sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in scaling digital products and app-based solutions.
  • Network in wellness and healthcare industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
