Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our internal and field sales processes. This role combines operational oversight, client engagement, and team coordination to drive efficiency and growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead internal sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between inventory, quotations, and order processing
  • Visit dealers, contractors, and construction sites to promote products and strengthen client relationships
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure timely stock updates
  • Review and approve customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Drive lead generation efforts and support conversion into confirmed orders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, client feedback

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with a target-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint for client presentations
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and streamline workflows
  • Willingness to travel locally and engage with clients on-site

Compensation

  • Fixed Pay: 20,000/month
  • Monthly Target: 5,00,000 in sales (no incentive below this)
  • Performance Bonus: 5,000 for every 5,00,000 sold beyond the target
  • Unlimited earning potential the more you sell, the more you earn
