Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support teams, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role involves analyzing customer feedback, implementing improvement strategies, and maintaining high communication standards between customers and the company.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and support data
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Experience in the automobile industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
