We're Hiring: Customer Care Executive (E-commerce Company)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & commitment)

Experience: Freshers are welcome

We're an e-commerce company managing multiple brands in home decor and kitchenware. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Care Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities


• Handle customer support via email and phone calls.


• Reply to customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.


• Call customers who have placed orders but haven't confirmed them yet.


• Check and process refund requests and address order-related issues.


• Manage backend customer care operations for the company's brands.

What We're Looking For


• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).


• Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.


• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (training will be provided).


• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.


• This is an in-office role – candidates should be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.


• Commitment to work long-term and grow with the company.
