We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Care Executive.Roles & Responsibilities
•Handle customer support via email and phone calls.
•Reply to customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Call customers who have placed orders but haven't confirmed them yet.
•Check and process refund requests and address order-related issues.
•Manage backend customer care operations for the company's brands. What We're Looking For
•Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
•Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
•Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (training will be provided).
•Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
•This is an in-office role – candidates should be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.
