We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Executive to join our team at EchoPeak Solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Provide timely and accurate information about products or services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
  • Maintain high product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets set by management.
