Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer support teams. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to improve service quality. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to effectively manage and enhance the customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback and implement improvements
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and team members
- Proven experience in a customer service or management role
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
