Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Subscription Associate located on-site in Noida. The Subscription Associate will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer subscriptions, providing exceptional customer service, and handling administrative tasks related to subscriptions. This role includes tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, processing subscription changes, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in using subscription management software and tools
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a similar role or the storage industry is a plus
