Lead and manage the contract administration team to ensure efficient and effective contract management processes
· Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements
· Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract interpretation, administration, and compliance issues
· Oversee the implementation of contract management software and tools to streamline processes
· Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations, to resolve contract-related issues
· Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
· Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on contract performance and compliance
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract administration to drive continuous improvement
