About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate
IT Recruiter
who can identify, attract, and hire top technical talent. The role requires a strong understanding of IT skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment within strict timelines. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers, project teams, and HR leadership to ensure seamless hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Handle
    end-to-end IT recruitment
    for junior, mid-level, and senior roles.
  • Source profiles through
    Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, Indeed, referrals, social media, internal databases
    , and technical communities.
  • Utilize
    Boolean search
    , advanced filters, and skill-based targeting to attract relevant candidates.
  • Build and maintain a
    strong talent pipeline
    for niche and upcoming requirements.

2. Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct
    initial HR screening
    , evaluating candidate experience, communication skills, technical fit, notice period, and salary expectations.
  • Assess technical competencies related to
    Software Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Support, Networking, Cybersecurity
    , etc.
  • Coordinate
    technical interviews
    with panel members and ensure timely feedback.

3. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and manage interview rounds (telephonic, virtual, and F2F).
  • Communicate clearly with candidates about job expectations, interview formats, and company culture.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and technical leads.

4. Offer Management & Closing

  • Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates with shortlisted candidates.
  • Handle offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining confirmations.
  • Maintain high offer-to-join conversion rates.

5. Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain and update
    ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
    regularly.
  • Prepare and share
    daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports
    , dashboards, and MIS trackers.
  • Maintain
    candidate records, interview feedback logs
    , and pipeline trackers.
  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with
    HR policies and data protection standards
    .

Technical Knowledge

  • Good understanding of IT roles:
  • Software Developers (Java, Python, .NET, MERN)
  • QA/Test Engineers (Manual & Automation)
  • DevOps Engineers (Azure/AWS, CI/CD)
  • Cloud Engineers
  • Data Engineers / Analysts
  • Network & Support Engineers
  • Cybersecurity / SOC profiles

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)
  • Strong negotiation & persuasion skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Positive attitude & problem-solving mindset
  • Target-driven approach

Tools Knowledge

  • Experience with job portals: Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
  • ATS platforms: Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, Workable, or similar
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
  • Familiarity with MS Teams/Zoom for interviews

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    HR, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
    .
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
