Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain an applicant tracking system and update candidate databases regularly.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding activities and documentation.
  • Assist in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements.
Requirements and skills :
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in IT hiring, BPO hiring, or recruitment consultancy is preferred.
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc., is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
