About the Role

We are looking for a 
dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Executive
 to drive our marketing initiatives in the 
Printing & Packaging industry
. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing brand presence across digital and traditional platforms, and supporting business growth through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services within the printing & packaging sector.
  • Create appealing and impactful content for 
    social media platforms
     to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce 
    videos, reels, and other multimedia content
    .
  • Manage and monitor digital marketing activities including 
    SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
    .
  • Plan and coordinate 
    traditional marketing initiatives
     such as print ads, brochures, exhibitions, trade fairs, and other offline activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Production) to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and manage corporate gifting campaigns, including Diwali and other festive initiatives, from ideation to execution.
  • Plan and coordinate inter-company ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment where needed

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the 
    printing & packaging industry
     or B2B marketing.
  • Strong creative and communication skills with proven ability to produce impactful content.
  • Hands-on expertise in 
    social media management
     and 
    digital marketing tools
    .
  • Proficiency in video creation, editing, and graphic designing tools will be an advantage.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to handle both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
