Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Executive to support the companys traditional marketing activities, brand promotions, and visual communication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CorelDRAW and other design tools to create engaging marketing materials, along with a good understanding of offline marketing execution such as branding, print, events, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, packaging labels, flyers, posters, standees, and banners using CorelDRAW and other design tools.
  • Coordinate with printing vendors for timely production and quality control of marketing materials.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of B2B and B2C promotional campaigns, trade events, and exhibitions.
  • Support retail branding activities including in-store display setup, signage, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a database of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for marketing support materials and regional promotional requirements.
  • Conduct periodic market visits to understand competitor branding and market trends.
  • Assist in product launches, promotional activities, and local advertising initiatives (e.g., hoardings, newspaper ads, POSM).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (preferred)
  • Strong sense of visual design, color, and layout
  • Good understanding of printing processes, materials, and branding applications
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Creativity with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Fine Arts / Visual Communication / Mass Media or related field
  • Freshers – 2 years of experience in traditional/offline marketing or graphic design
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industries preferred
