About Us
Artius Interior Products (P) Ltd. is a leading name in innovative interior and exterior solutions, offering premium products that enhance spaces with design and functionality. We are expanding our sales team and looking for passionate field professionals to connect with customers, identify prospects, and support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned locations daily to identify and engage potential customers.
- Screen and qualify prospects by understanding their needs and requirements.
- Present Artius product offerings in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Collect and record accurate customer details and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
- Build initial rapport and create a positive brand impression with every interaction.
- Provide feedback from field visits to improve lead quality and sales strategies.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for prospecting and lead generation.
- Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams for smooth handover and follow-ups.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first approach with persuasive presentation ability
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude for fieldwork
- Ability to identify and screen quality leads
- Basic reporting and data recording skills (CRM/MS Excel preferred)
- Flexibility to travel within assigned territory
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Marketing/Interior-related fields)
- 13 years of experience in field sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales may also apply
