Job Description:

Job Title: Customer Support Executive Expertise: Inbound /Outbound/Chat/Mail/ WhatsApp/messaging and leading term Exp: 0 to 4 year

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

  • Greet and welcome Customers as they call the contact centre.
  • Assist Customers with filling out necessary forms in system.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing Customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide information about available aesthetic treatments, pricing, and post-treatment care.

2. Appointment Scheduling:

  • Schedule Customer appointments, ensuring that the clinic's calendar is organized and appointments are spaced appropriately.
  • Send appointment reminders to Customers through calls, emails, or text messages.
  • Handle appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests efficiently.

3. Customer Education:

  • Educate Customers about the various aesthetic treatments offered by the clinic.
  • Explain the benefits and expectations associated with each treatment.
  • Provide information on pre and post-treatment instructions.

4. Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate Customer records and contact information.

5. Compliance and Privacy:

  • Safeguard Customer confidentiality and data security.

6. Problem Resolution:

  • Address Customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure Customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the clinic staff and Doctors to resolve any treatment-related issues.

7. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, technologies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to Customers

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent or any bachelorette degree
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a calm and empathetic demeanour, especially in stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for appointment scheduling, record keeping, and data entry.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and aesthetics is beneficial but not always required. (Will be added advantage)
  • Basic Knowledge on CRM
