Job Description
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of government sales professionals across multiple regions.
Set clear team goals, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
Identify and pursue government business opportunities through tenders, RFPs, and direct engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior government officials, procurement bodies, and institutional clients.
Track relevant government initiatives, policies, and funding opportunities related to AV and digital infrastructure.
Promote and position full Audio visual solution product & solution line Interactive flat panel display systems, conferencing solutions, digital signage, classroom tech, control rooms, and integrated AV infrastructure.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in government or institutional sales, with demonstrated success in securing large contracts and handling end-to-end government tender processes.
Must have at least 1-5 years of experience in leading and managing a sales team, preferably in Business-to-Government environment.
Strong familiarity with government procurement platforms and practices (e.g., GeM, CPP portal), tender documentation, and compliance requirements.
Capable of developing and maintaining trusted relationships with senior government officials, PSU representatives, procurement authorities, and consultants.
Ability to identify emerging government opportunities, align them with Audio Visual solution product portfolio, and drive long-term business growth.
