Key Responsibilities:

- Assist leadership in planning, developing, and executing lead generation and customer support strategies.
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to strengthen customer engagement and business growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor practices to ensure processes remain aligned with best practices.
