Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and closing sales over phone and email. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for client visits and demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience (preferably in industrial equipment rental, machinery, or B2B sales).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and email communication.
