Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals for consulting roles at all levels (Analyst to Partner).
  • Partner with consulting leadership to understand workforce planning and staffing needs based on project pipelines.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Own and drive campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives for the consulting vertical.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics to optimize processes and deliver data-driven hiring insights.
  • Coordinate with external recruiting agencies and internal HR operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal processes.
  • Act as an ambassador of the company brand in all candidate interactions, providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and talent intelligence within the consulting industry.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in consulting or professional services hiring.
  • Proven success in hiring for a variety of consulting roles, including strategy consultants, tech consultants, and project managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
