  • Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze data needs, translate them into visual insights, and drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities :Power BI Development : Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to provide meaningful insights.

Data Analysis & Visualization : Transform raw data into insightful visualizations, ensuring clarity and usability for decision-making. Data Integration : Connect Power BI to various data sources, including SQL databases, cloud platforms, Excel, and APIs. DAX & Data Modeling : Write complex DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) formulas and create efficient data models for performance optimization.

Report Automation : Develop automated data refresh processes and ensure scheduled updates run smoothly. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business users, data analysts, and IT teams to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate reports. Data Governance & Security : Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance within Power BI.Performance Optimization : Ensure Power BI reports and queries run efficiently with minimal processing time.

Troubleshooting & Support : Identify and resolve issues in reports, dashboards, and data connections. Qualifications & Skills :Experience : 9 years of experience in Power BI report development, data visualization, and analytics. Technical Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Experience in SQL for querying and managing data.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Python, or R for advanced analytics is a bonus.
  • Data Management: Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data modeling best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide meaningful insights.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst Associate) certification is a plus. )
