This role requires proficiency in building interactive dashboards and reports, integrating multiple data sources, and applying best practices in data visualization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and Amazon QuickSight to support business decision-making.

- Build scalable and efficient data models, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization.

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources including relational databases, cloud platforms, and APIs.

- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data as needed for reporting purposes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical BI solutions.

- Ensure dashboards adhere to data visualization best practices, improving usability and interpretability.

- Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.

- Stay updated on the latest BI tools, technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve analytics capabilities.

- Document BI solutions, data sources, and reporting workflows for knowledge sharing and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.

- Strong expertise in designing and developing dashboards using Amazon QuickSight.

- Advanced SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.

- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

- Experience working with multiple data sources including cloud platforms, databases, and APIs.

- Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable business insights.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.

- Experience with other BI tools or programming languages (Python, R) is an added advantage
