Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Karnataka, India. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth through relationship building, identifying potential clients, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts. The individual will develop effective sales strategies, meet sales targets, and collaborate with the design team to communicate client requirements. Regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver results
  • Experience in real estate, interior design, or architecture industries is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and other local languages is a plus
