Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding client requirements and providing personalized real estate solutions. Daily tasks include generating and following up on leads, conducting market research, facilitating property site visits, sharing investment solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role also involves meeting individual and team sales targets and participating in key promotional and networking activities.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research, client engagement, and relationship management
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage property transactions
- Sales, marketing, or business development experience, especially in real estate, is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable individual capable of working independently and as part of a team
