Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Executive – Home Loan based in Lucknow. The Relationship Executive will engage with prospective clients to understand their housing loan needs, provide expert consultation, and guide them through the loan application process. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, processing loan applications, and offering end-to-end financial solutions. Additionally, the role involves liaising with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient loan disbursement process through Union Bank of India.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills, including client consultation and account management
  • Knowledge of home loan products, processes, and relevant financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with diverse clients
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to provide tailored financial solutions
  • Prior experience in financial services, real estate, or retail banking is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using financial tools or platforms to assist clients effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Goal-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving targets with high customer satisfaction
