About the Opportunity:MAS Financial is strengthening its Used CV business and is looking for passionate and experienced Area Sales Managers in Ahmedabad. If you have a solid background in used car loan sales and are ready to drive growth in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales channels including dealers, DSAs, and referral partners for used CV loans.
  • Drive business volumes and achieve monthly disbursement targets.
  • Ensure high-quality sourcing and maintain healthy portfolio performance.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure end-to-end execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Used CV finance sales.
  • Strong market knowledge and dealer network in the respective location.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and lead a local sales team if needed.
