Manage sales of Built -in appliances through Trade & OEM

Managing existing Trade dealers and Sub dealers.

TOD tracking and ensure that team follows PJP

Working Capital Management- Control on Outstandings

Influencer Management and utilize various tools like CLP and Lounge access.

Desired Profile:

  • Minimum 8 Years experience in Channel mangement /General Trade Hardware and / or Building Material or consumer durable) Trade (Distributor / Retailer) management skills .
  • Must have a good hold in architect/interior segment
  • Experience in Buil-in appliances/ kitchen sales would be an added advantage.
  • Negotiation Skills,Commercial knowledge Good communication and 'people skills' The ability to handle a dynamic experienced team and a large territory .Good organizational and time management skills .
  • The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets.Good business sense & a professional attitude towards work.Market Mapping & Development
